Iligan at its Best!
Iligan City is my hometown and it is where I was born. I've been living this beautiful place since I was a child. I thought of promoting its beauty in this blog, because I believe that every people should know how wonderful it is living here. It would be very great for others to know the hidden beauty that the Iligan has been keeping all the time. It would not only be an additional information to everyone but also an remarkable discovery. Iligan may cover only small area but it sure keeps a lot of natural treasures that most of the tourists visit.
Iligan City was known logically as the "City of Majestic Waterfalls" because of its 23 waterfalls, which gives a splash of beauty to everyone who finds it. Some of them are Maria Cristina Falls, Limunsudan Falls, Tinago Falls, Guimbalolan Falls, Tinago Falls, Kibalang Falls etc. Each and every waterfalls are located separately around the Iligan City. The pictures above are two of the examples (left: Maria Cristina Falls; right: Limunsudan Falls). Among all the waterfalls, Maria Cristina Falls stands above the rest not only because of its pleasing view but also it supplies a good source of electricity. Nevertheless, every waterfall's refreshing appeal and natural beauty stuns anyone to stare at a remarkable creation of nature that was proudly placed in Iligan City.
The City of Iligan also has one of the coolest and free-flowing swimming pools in the Philippines named "Timoga Swimming Pool". Located in Fuentes, it highly attracts a lot of tourists even now a days. Its very friendly appearance gives a lot of boost in advocating such place to everyone. The picture above already shows how great it is to personally swim around the pools in the Timoga itself. They entertain visitors from Monday to Friday, giving everyone a lot of opportunity to experience the pleasure the waters in the pools offers. It wouldn't hurt to take some time to visit these exceptional pools, which gives you a very gratifying experience that only Iligan can offer.
Iligan City also celebrates festival that attract a lot of people not only in the Philippines, but also all over the world. It is called Diyandi Festival, from the word "Diyandi" that simply means celebrate. It is celebrated every once in a year as a festival that pay tributes to the Patron Saint of Iligan City "St.Michael the Archangel". They dance not only to perform and entertain everyone but also to enjoy themselves with the event. The Diyandi Festival gives joy to everyone, from the pleasing costumes to the wonderful dance that portrays a story. Its been one of the reasons why most Filipinos and foreigners flocks into Iligan. The Festival, so far, has been a successful one for the Iliganons, it might become one of the reasons why Iligan is one of the renowned city in the Northern Mindanao.
There are a lot of places in Iligan that I haven't mentioned and is yet to be discover, even some Iliganons also still don't know. There you find not only beautiful places but also a cheerful and friendly Iliganons to greet everyone with a big smiles. #6 Detective Conan "Time Bombed Skyscraper"
(Before reading anything in the blog that is shown below, it is highly recommended to open this link first "DC Soundtrack".)
Detective Conan has been one of my favorite anime since I was a child, so I decided to create a blog about its first movie called "Detective Conan Movie 1 "Time-bombed Skyscraper"". Their first movie, just as I expected, was astonishing and exceptional because of its plot, which consist a lot of thrilling, challenging and romantic situations . I have seen it via animecrazy.com, a website that contains tons of English subbed anime for every anime-holic fans, you should sometimes visit it too.
Kudo Shinichi was a famous high school detective, until an incident happened in which he discovered an illegal transaction of organizations. He was unknowingly hit at the back, making him unconscious for a bit of time. After that hard hit, he was forcibly intake a capsule called APTXN 4869 that should have killed him, but instead turned him back to a child. Knowing this so, he was determined to execute that secret organization and reveal its hidden identity. As the story goes on, he now lives in his childhood friend, Ran Mouri, together with his detective father, Kogoro Mouri, to solve any case that might also be related to the organization. He may have the body of a child, but he has the wit of an adult.
The story opens at the house of Dr. Kurokawa, in where he was murdered by his maid because of the revenge for her husband. After that case, Kudo received a letter from a famous architecture named Teiji Moriya, inviting him into some kind of party. Since Kudo cannot attend, because he was already turned into a child at that time, he asked Ran and her father to take his place. They both agreed, on a condition that Kudo and Ran will go see a movie on May 3rd. On that morning in May 3rd, Kudo received a call from a mysterious guy, he placed bombs around certain places challenging him to locate it before it explodes and hurts anyone. Kudo, of course, accepted the challenge for everyone's safety. The first bomb was at a park, it was placed in an toy airplane, that was operated by the friends of Conan, which will explode in a specific time. The second bomb was at a Train Station which was hidden in a box. It was taken by an old lady but in the nick of time, it was disposed by Conan before exploding. The third case was consist of a five bombs in a Train rail.It was found out that the real culprit was Moriya Teiji himself, because he wanted to eliminate his so called 'inferior designs' and planned to create a new and perfect one. All of the puzzles were almost solve, but there was still another bomb that is yet to explode. It's located in the Beika Station Building, which is the location of Kudo and Ran's date.

The first bombs exploded in order to block the exit and entrance. Making a lot of people trapped inside the building. Kudo proceeded inside the building without hesitation to save Ran, only to find that the door between Ran and him was blocked. Ran found the bomb inside her place and with the help of Kudo, he was almost able to diffuse the bomb. However, Moriya put two extra wires: blue and red-colored wire. One of them was a trap that triggers the bomb to explode upon cutting. Kudo does not know what to cut and Ran was left in a crucial decision. Later, he realized that the trap was the red wire because it was her favorite color and Moriya thought that she would cut it. Instead, Ran cut the blue wire because she believes that the red wire represents the string that links the fate of the two of them.

#5 Ming-Ming
Every play should have their thought clearly displayed in the middle of their show, but the "Ming-Ming" was actually very strange to have it illustrated clearly only after the show. It was my first tine to see an actual theater play, but I've seen a lot of them in the television and internet. Like other plays, the actors and actresses of Ming-Ming were very exceptional and remarkable in their roles. They have acted professionally, their emotions perfectly fits in to what they say, and their actions clearly express what they feel. I would like to add the great effects that were added in the show, the changing of colors, the sudden shocking sound effect that almost scared me to death. The space of the setting is small, but it seems to be fine for the actors and actresses to move around it. There seems to be no mistake committed by the actors and actresses, maybe because they're highly skilled in acting. The real thing that interest me in the play was their way of telling their theme or message. It was very catchy, giving us the essence after only the show. It gave me a lot of questions like, why would they want to give us a lot of trouble putting the message in the end, yet I guess that the author was really passionate as he wrote his masterpiece. It reached into a lot of places in this country and it was praised by a lot too. Greatly profound by others because of its majestic messages that relates to their lives. I think some people actually find the play very inspiring, maybe because of the fact that they saw a very nice vision about it.
I remembered the time when were having a play at our school, it was back then when I was still in High School. It was a lot different from the play in the Ming-Ming. Like in the structure of the plot, we first introduced the characters which will be portraying the role in the whole play. Like the other common plays, in our story, we specified the problems in our plot. The actors were really facing each other like in the normal conversation and the way the rising problem was solved was emphasized as well because if we never gave emphasis to our actions we will always get the lowest grade in that event. It was a hard time for us to create such play but I guess it was tougher in the part of the writer of the Ming-Ming.
Over all the play was extremely awesome. It was created with passion and creativity in the past that touched most of us viewers. Most of us were moved by the enchanting theme that was visualized to us. I hope there will still be a lot of play that will be created as an inspiration to everyone especially to the youths like us who will be carrying another's generation.

#4 Trip to Bohol
My experience in the 1-week trip to Bohol was exceptional and somehow strange than the other trips in my life. It was summer at that time and my parents decided to go on a trip to Bohol, which is my father's native land. I was expecting it to be on of the greatest trip because it was my first time to have a week of family vacation away from our home. The day before were going, I was so excited about how will my life turn into in staying at Bohol, though I don't know if my sisters and parent feel the same way. In Iligan, we had two trips before we entered the pier, one from Iligan to Cagayan De Oro and one for CDO to CDO Pier. The trip from CDO to Bohol was a bit long and we even sleep inside the ship for that but it was actually worth when we've finally reached Bohol.
The moment were going out from the pier in Bohol, we were instantly greeted by my father's cousin and was courted to our next destination in which we will rest there. When we arrived at our next stop, which is my cousin's house, we were given time to rest and talk about their present status and living here at Bohol. I also met my cousin's son at that time and for hours we've been also playing his toys. The day after that, I was terribly horrified by the fact that there was no Internet Cafe at that local area. I kept on searching for a Cafe at that day but found nothing. It was like the end of the world for me at that time and I even asked myself on how do these people survive from such isolation in the internet. Then I realized that maybe these people are much disciplined than the other people who live in urbanized area. Instead of using too much time interacting with people in use of internet, they do it personally. The people on Bohol is one of my inspiration in achieving discipline, but sad to say that I haven't achieve it yet. In the afternoon at that day, my family decided to go to the Mall, that is actually one of the pride in Bohol, though I forgot its name. We spend almost 3 hours staying at that place, but it was because we need to buy something which I forgot. Most of the days are actually spent outside which I considered boring because of no internet access, even the malls only have small and slow connection of internet cafe, which I find very strange. In the last days of our trip, we cherished each of its moment because it'll take a lot of time to make it back there again. We visited our cousins, and we even roamed more in the city. I met also a new cousins, in the side of my father, their names are Coleen and Veia. Before going back to CDO, we gave thanks to my cousins for letting us stay at her house, for his son who was my playmate at that week. It was a hard time to go back to CDO because I was almost used in staying there. The place was peaceful and pollution-free, than in the city where there is too much noise and disturbance in the surroundings, but still we need to go home in order to take a good rest at our very own house from the tiring yet wonderful week in Bohol.
The trip was a bit boring but I must say that it was exceptional because of its new experience and discovery that I encountered in Bohol. My life in that trip was focused more on family than technological approach, I enjoyed that week because I have experienced a lot of things that was not introduced in the internet nor in the technological aspects. Overall, it was fun to go to trip with my family, somehow I feel special to have a complete family travelling together and exploring the wonders of life.

#3 Unforgettable
The story "The Unforgettable Day" was really a rare and quite an odd one. Based on the author's experience, I never believed that a soul would want to communicate with the living using a perfume. There are actually a lot of ways in doing that instead of using the fragrance of a perfume, which I think is very odd. Dreams would be too common but its mostly acceptable because many of us has experienced that. Another is picture, most of the souls of the dead want to be in touch and appear on some pictures of their loved ones, or that's what I think. Videos are also included but most of the people do not believe in it, maybe because a lot of them are practical and realistic. Though that's what I think it is, the story is still very interesting because of its rare composition and unique construction of the plot. The story, though not thrilling, is still enjoyable to read because of the simple words that the author used that makes the story more understandable especially to those novice readers.
I haven't experienced things like that yet but I might have one of the scariest dreams ever, about souls communicating to the world, though I don't know if there was a message in my dream or was it just a random thought that turned into nightmare. It was almost late in the evening, my pop and I are already getting ready for bed, I don't know why my mom wasn't included in that setting. When suddenly I saw a super ultra scary white lady outside the window of our room. When I was about to aware my pop about this weird phenomenon in my dream, I was silenced that I could not say a single thing and when I turned my back, there was this two white ladies holding my hands. It may sound weird but my pop was actually executed from my dream, meaning, he just disappeared from the setting leaving me helpless in my nightmare. I was sweating hard from the time my pop disappeared from my dream but then suddenly, I started making the sign of the cross. I struggled very much from that but I actually made it in the end. After that, I woke up in instant sweating from that nightmare I had.
It was a very nice yet terrifying experience. I will never forget that dream, maybe because I think it was between life and death at that time. I thank someone up there for waking me up again, giving me another chance in life again.

#2 Almost All About Myself
My full given name is James Darrel C. Bautista. I was born on June 23, 1996 in Iligan City and for now, I am a 16-year old boy. My religion is Roman Catholic. In my family, we're composed of five members, my parents and my 2 sisters. My mother's full name is Alejandra C. Bautista, who is a St. Peter Life Plan Collector and a caring parent of mine. My father's name is Santiago P. Bautista, who is also a collector, a driver as well as a caring guardian of mine. My eldest sister's name is Sahlie Jane C. Bautista, college graduate from IIT in AB English and a call center agent in CDO Concentrix. My second sister's name is Jeddah Lynn C. Bautista, also a college graduate from IIT in BS Marketing and a call center agent in CDO Concentrix who also has a small business. The five of us live together in Block 10, Lot 4, Sta. Elena, Steel Town, Iligan City, but in present, my two sisters are now in Cagayan De Oro for their jobs.
Everyone has their own favorites and dislikes, and so am I. My favorite pets are cats and dogs, because of their non-harmful appearance (when you're the owner) and smooth fur. I don't like pets that are venomous and those that are feared because of their appearance. My favorite colors are blue and red, because of their visual appearance, they signify awesomeness and inspiration. I never dislike any colors because everyone has its own meaning, though that's what I think. My favorite subjects are those that are challenging to minds, Algebra, Trigonometry, Physics, Calculus, Chemistry etc. I'm not good at those but somehow, solving tough problems gives me joy. My favorite musics are random. It depends on my mood and internal feelings. There are some musics that I don't like, those that are unpleasing to ears and doesn't have a clear meaning or message. My favorite movies are those inspiring ones, stories that gives moral values and lessons in life. I should also include anime, because of their cute and funny faces and stories that somehow make a point. My favorite books are comic ones, because of their pleasing pictures and enjoyable appearance.
Enough said, if you want to know more about me, you can just visit our house and maybe we can discuss things thoroughly or add me on Facebook "jamesbautista2009@yahoo.com". Thank you for reading about myself, and apologies in advance for the errors I made in making this stuff. Good day!

#1 I stopped to say "Thank you everyone"
"Thank you" is a magic word that generalizes your appreciation for someone's help or action. It's so magical, that these words doesn't matter to some yet it gives smiles to others. We are not always independent in every ways and difficulties in life always exist. In every problem, we need someone's help in order to provide our needs or wants, whether its financial, physical, or emotional. In return, we give them something to show how grateful we are for their presence but if we don't have, we give them our cheerful smile and a warm "Thank you". You might not see it literally, but doing this will actually inspire people to do more good things in life. The word "thank you" is just a simple message, but we should always remember that a tongue can touch ones' heart or break it. We should be aware of our words and always complete your gratitude using magic words.
